GREEN TIPS

Winter reading – We would like to recommend a book “The Omnivore’s Dilemma” by Michael Pollan. It is about eating according to traditional food culture, buying foods grown close to home, growing your own, and increasing your variety, omitting processed foods. He advises -Don’t eat anything your great-great grandmaother wouldn’t recognize as food.

Email your “Green Tips” to polotka@cape.com or post online at http://www.ccog.wordpress.com or send to Peter Olotka, 56 Richard’s Ln, Centerville, MA 02632
